Processing & Production Times
All Hendricks Handcrafted products are made to order with care. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:
- Non-personalized items: 3–5 business days
- Personalized & engraved items: 5–7 business days
Production times may vary by product. Please refer to individual product pages for more specific estimates. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Most keychains and ornaments ship for $3.99–$5.99. Signs and larger décor typically run $8.99–$12.99.
Express Shipping: $15 flat rate, any order size.

Delivery fees scale with order size because larger orders usually include furniture like our lowboy chairs, which take more room and care to deliver. We'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hendrickshandcraftedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can make it right.
